MINIMUMS
All menu items are priced per person & must be ordered in multiples of 10. Please contact an account executive if your event requires a custom order.

NOTICE
Whenever possible, all orders are accepted 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate any & all last minute orders, however, selection & availability may be limited.

PRESENTATION
All orders are sent on disposable platters. China & stainless steel chaffing dishes are available upon request for an additional fee.

PAYMENT
We accept all major cards which include VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. All orders must be paid in full prior to the delivery unless an approved corporate account has been established. Please contact us to obtain an account application.

TAXES
Local sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide proof of certification.

ALLERGIES
The items on our menu may contain allergens. If you have any guests that have food allergies to certain ingredients, please advise us in advance so that we may work on reducing the allergy causing ingredient. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that all of our items will be free from allergy causing ingredients. We will not be held liable for any illness, including fatality, to guests which results from an allergic reaction to any of the food we provide or arrange to have provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event date. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged in full, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.

DELIVERY & SETUP
We deliver all orders between 7:00AM & 6:00PM, Monday – Friday & Saturday by appointment only, serving Washington DC, Maryland & Virginia. A fee of $35.00 applies to deliveries inside the Beltway. Delivery charges to a location outside of the Beltway are priced per mile.
